NDTV - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOP

New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, has made an allotment of 984,000 shares to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of Option vested in them.
