Prajay Engineers - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed that Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, has allotted 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up against conversion of 10,000 warrants at a price of Rs 183/- per share to Mr. N Ravinder Reddy and Ms. Payal Punjabi. Details of the shares are as follows:1. N Ravinder Reddy: 5,000 No of warrants converted into equity shares2. Payal Punjabi: 5,000 No of warrants converted into equity shares.
