Wipro - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their circular resolution effective March 31, 2007, has resolved to issue and allot 1322436 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Wipros Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 / Wipro Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 / ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
