Aftek - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

Aftek Ltd has informed that the Company on May 29, 2007 has allotted 17,123 numbers of equity shares of Rs 2/- each to employees including 14872 shares to Mr. Mahesh Vaidya, Director of the Company, on exercise of stock options granted under the Aftek Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004 (ESOS). After the said conversion, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 17,45,30,498/- to Rs 17,45,64,744/-.
