NIIT - Allotment Of Equity Shares

NIIT Ltd has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2007, has allotted 2,188,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at the premium of Rs 190 each to Intel Capital (Cayman) Corporation upon the Conversion of 1000 FCCBs of USD 10,000 each aggregating USD 10,000,000 in accordance with terms of Issue of FCCBs.
