ACC - Allotment of equity shares against exercise of ESOS

ACC Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated June 07, 2007, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board:5,000 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:ESOS 2002 : 600 sharesESOS 2003 : 700 sharesESOS 2004 : 3,700 sharesConsequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,73,80,363 shares to 18,73,85,363 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
