NDTV - Allotment Of Shares Under ESOP

New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV) has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2007, has made an allotment of 21,605 shares to the eligible employees of the Company upon exercise of Options vested in them.
