Kotak Mahindra Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on August 30, 2007, has allotted 57,440 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2002-03 and Equity Option Scheme 2005 as under:

- ESOP Plan 2002-03/06: 39,680 equity shares

- ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 17,760 equity shares
