Aftek Ltd has informed that on August 30, 2007 the Company has allotted 4017 numbers of equity shares of Rs 2/- each to employees on exercise of stock options granted under the Aftek Employee Stock Option Scheme 2004. After the said conversion, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 174596242/ to Rs 174604276/-.
