Mastek Ltd has informed that at the meeting of Committee of Directors held on August 31, 2007, 7396 shares were allotted under the Employees Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to:

Paid up Share Capital : Rs 14,23,97,905.
