Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 21, 2007, has approved allotment of 35629 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2005 (ESOP-2005) of the Company.
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 542,90,45,180 to Rs 542,94,01,470.
