Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on September 21, 2007 has allotted 3,77,828 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.
Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 2,20,76,99,127 shares.
