Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on September 20, 2007, allotted 1,29,796 equity shares of Rs 10 each as per details given below:
1. Allotment under ESOS: 11,056 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
2. Allotment pursuant to conversion of FCCBs:
The Corporation had received Conversion Notices for conversion of 38 FCCBs of the face value of USD 100000 each. Accordingly 1,18,740 equity shares of Rs 10 each were allotted in terms of the Offering Circular dated September 21, 2005.
Post the above allotments, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 271,16,39,600 consisting of 27,11,63,960 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
