HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on September 27, 2007 has allotted 174515 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each (at a premium of Rs 105.63, Rs 118.79, Rs 55.80, Rs 159.86, Rs 159.97 and Rs 164.88 per option) to be allotted to the employees on exercise of their stock options under HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD - Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
