Patni Computer - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated September 26, 2007, has allotted 64,367 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to certain employees including 11,854 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 5,927 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of Options by employees.
