Matrix Laboratories - Allotment Of Equity Share uUnder ESOP

Matrix Laboratories Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board on September 22, 2007, by circulation, has allotted 45,300 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each under ESOP-2004 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 30,89,70,726.
