ORG Informatics - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

ORG Informatics Ltd has informed that as per ESOS Scheme of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company, has allotted 7,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, with a premium of Rs 52/- per share, to the Employees of the Company and 22,425 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, with a premium of Rs 52/- per share to the employees of ORG Telecom Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company.
