HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on October 24, 2007 has allotted 191535 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each (at a premium of Rs 55.80, Rs 105.63, Rs 118.79 and Rs 149.23, Rs 155.97, Rs 159.86, Rs 159.97 and 164.88 per option) to be allotted to the employees on exercise of their stock options under HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD - Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
