The board of Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols has allotted 5,85,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 190 per shares to promoters and Roquette Freres (France) against conversion of outstanding warrants.
These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 23 October 2007.
