Amtek Auto Allots Equity Shares

The committee of Amtek Auto has allotted 13,01,350 equity shares at Rs 209.83 per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 6.25 million.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 14 November 2007.
