The committee of Godrej Industries has approved the issuance of 2,79,06,950 equity shares at a price of Rs 215 per equity share, aggregating Rs 599,99,94,250 in gross proceeds, pursuant to QIP.
This was approved at the committee meeting held on 15 November 2007.
