Acrysil - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Acrysil Ltd has informed that in terms of the Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders held on November 27, 2007, the Company has allotted 4,00,000 Equity Share Warrants (convertible into equivalent Equity Shares, in one or more tranches) to the specified promoters at a price of Rs 36.50 per warrant, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2008, has approved the allotment of 1,25,000 Equity Shares at Rs 10/- each fully paid-up consequent upon the exercise of option by warrant holders in the first tranche.
