Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated January 17, 2008 allotted 16,680 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to certain employees including 10,180 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 5,090 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of options by employees.
