Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 21, 2008, has issued and allotted:1. 15,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each at premium of Rs 180/- per share to Samara Capital Partners Fund I Ltd and2. 12,00,000 Convertible Warrants to following Non promoters, Preferential Basis as detailed below.i. Vikram Walia : 2,00,000 Warrantsii. Purabi Saikia : 1,00,000 Warrantsiii. Ashish Nanda : 1,50,000 Warrantsiv. Samara Capital Partners Fund I Ltd : 7,50,000from whom the Company has already received requisite subscription monies.
