Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their resolution dated January 21, 2008, resolved to issue and allot 6430 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e., WESOP 2000.
