AXIS Bank Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on January 08, 2008 has made the allotment of 1,15,224 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,74,83,621 equity shares from 35,73,68,397 equity shares.
