Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their Circular resolution effective January 08, 2008, resolved to issue and allot 34800 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan i.e., WESOP 2000 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
