Bhagawati Gases To Issue Equity Shares

The members of Bhagawati Gases have accorded to offer, issue and allot 10,22,166 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash or otherwise at par for an aggregate nominal amount Rs 1,02,21,660 on private placement basis / preferential allotment / conversion of loans and interest (if any), to IFCI.

This was accorded at the EGM held on 29 December 2007.
