Lupin Allots Equity Shares

The allotment committee of Lupin has allotted 11997 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising the options granted to the employees under the stock option plans of the company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the company increased to Rs 820,714,210.

These shares were allotted at the allotment committee meeting held on 08 January 2008.
