Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has informed that the Company has allotted 3,43,412 ((Three Lakhs Fourty Three Thousand Four Hundred Twelve) shares on January 28, 2008 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Companys Employee Stock Ownership / Option Scheme.
The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
