Jubilant Organosys - Allotment Of Shares & Grant Of Stock Options

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed that a Meeting of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on January 30, 2008, allotment of 40,500 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 201.33 per share, has been made pursuant to exercise of 8,100 options earlier granted under the Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan 2005. Further 13,263 Options have been granted to eligible employees of the Company on January 30, 2008 in accordance with Jubilant Employees Stock Option Plan, 2005. Each option shall entitle the holder to subscribe to 5 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 314.35 per share.
