Moschip Semiconductor - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under Stock Options

Moschip Semiconductor Technology Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, has allotted 2000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under the Stock Option Plan - 2002 of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up from 4,33,83,517 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 43,38,35,170/-, to 4,33,85,517 equity shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating to Rs 43,38,55,170/-.
