AXIS Bank Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Bank, on February 18, 2008, has made the allotment of 1,57,068 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,76,40,689 equity shares from 35,74,83,621 equity shares.
