Patni Computer Systems Ltd has informed that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated February 15, 2008 allotted 5,425 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to certain employees including 5,000 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 2,500 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of options by employees.
