Ckoramaandel Cements Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2008, has allotted 1,41,80,617 (One Crore Forty One Lakhs Eighty Thousand Six Hundred and Seventeen) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each as bonus shares in the ratio of 7:4 i.e. Seven Equity Shares for Every four Shares held on January 31, 2008 i.e. Record Date.
