Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2008 has allotted 64800 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each @ Rs 22/- per share arising out of exercise of options by the employees of the Company under the terms of the NCC Employees Stock Option Plan 2004 which was earlier approved by the Share Holders of the Company at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 16, 2004. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 45,76,77,440/- divided into 22,88,38,720 Equity shares of Rs 2/- each from the existing Rs 45,75,47,840/- divided into 22,87,73,920 Equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
