The board meeting of Coromandel Fertilisers will be held on 27 February 2008 for allotment of equity shares to the shareholders of Godavari Fertilisers & Chemicals (GFCL) consequent to amalgamation of GFCL with CFL.
Further the company has informed that, as per the scheme of amalgamation, the shareholders of GFCL will be entitled to receive 3 equity shares of CFL for every 2 equity shares held by them in GFCL.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 08 February 2008.
