Suven Life Sciences Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company allotted 78,540 equity shares through circular resolution on February 08, 2008 under stock option plans of the Company. Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 115631660 equity shares of Re 1/ each aggregating Rs 115631660 to 115710200 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating Rs 115710200.
