Subex Azure Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2008, has issued 1,714 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to eligible employees under the ESOP scheme.
Consequently the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 348,453,750 to Rs 348,470,890.
