Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed that the Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2008 has allotted 7640 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, under ESOP Scheme 2006 of the Company pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees.
Further, after allotment of 7640 shares, paid up Share Capital has increased from Rs 17,26,51,540/- consisting of 1,72,65,154 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 17,27,27,940/- consisting of 1,72,72,794 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
