iccadily Sugar & Allied Industries has allotted 50,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 5 crore to Soon- N- Sure Holdings.
Further the company has informed that, the new paid up capital of the company will be Rs 29,50,90,530 instead of Rs 24,50,90,530.
These shares were allotted by the company at the meeting held on 26 April 2008.
