Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Order made by the Honble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, separate meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on July 08, 2008 for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Pvt. Ltd. with the Company.
