Matrix Laboratories Ltd has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board on May 10, 2008, by circulation, has allotted 26,775 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each under ESOP-2004 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 30,92,11,846.
