Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board at its meeting held on May 21, 2008, has allotted 2,08,780 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.
Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 217,81,92,346 shares & the issued capital has increased to 220,84,28,118 shares.
