Suzlon Energy Allots Equity Shares - July 5, 2008

The committee of Suzlon Energy has allotted 13,01,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the option grantees, pursuant to exercise of the options granted to the eligible employees of the company and its subsidiary companies under ESOP - 2005.These Suzlon Energy Allots Equity Shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 05 July 2008.
