Vyapar Industries Board To Consider Buy Back Of Equity Shares - July 7, 2008

Vyapar Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2008, inter alia, to consider the proposal for buy back of Equity shares of the Company.
