HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on January 27, 2009 has allotted 2750 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each (at a premium of Rs 55.80 per shares) to the employees on exercise of their stock options under HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000.
