The board meeting of Mahalaxmi Rubtech will be held on 30 January 2009 to allot / issue equity shares of the company to shareholders of Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills under the scheme of amalgamation as per the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat, the company will allot / issue 36,46,400 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid up to the shareholders of MFM.
