Unichem Laboratories Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2009, inter alia, has allotted and issued 5400 equity shares of Rs 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock Options by the eligible employees /legal heirs under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2004 of the Company.
