Allcargo Global - Allotment Of Equity Shares - Feb 18, 2009

Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 17, 2009, has issued and allotted 2,053 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid of the Company to its employees in exercise of options granted to them under Allcargo Employee Stock Option Plan 2006.

With the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 223,636,110 divided into 22,363,611 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up to Rs 223,656,640 divided into 22,365,664 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid.
